This hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The location is perfect, right at the beach which offers stunning views. I loved having a private balcony overlooking the path to the garden, especially on the higher floors. Breakfast included on the beachfront was a nice touch.

Wonderful location on Chaweng Beach and within walking distance of the Chaweng shopping district, Very nice having breakfast overlooking the beach. Rooms are comfortable and spacious and of adequate quality. Friendly helpful staff.

Central festival was a few steps. We enjoyed staff and location, no complaints. Wicked Burger, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel...

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to all the attractions; I would recommend staying here and I appreciated the proximity to Chaweng Beach.

Very annoying internet reboots every 15-20 minutes. Also door lock to our room kept playing up and the safe didn't work. (only our room, other room was fine. We had 2 rooms)

There was a beach bar nearby that could get quite noisy some nights, so it's recommended to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Great location, just on the beach, near city center. The staff was nice. I think the best times of the hotels are over, but still OK. Good breakfast in the beach restaurant.

First evening, we found cockroach in our bathroom - not sure if it is normal or if it was occasional... On Saturday, there was night party in the bar next to the hotel - was very very noisy till night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location to the nice sand beach. During our Easter getaway in the hotel, we were impressed by the friendly staff and their excellent service. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable and the restaurant had a great view of the beach. Another advantage was the proximity to the beach and the ease of access to nearby restaurants and bars.
